We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales & Revenue to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Management

• Set up NKA target and to achieve NKA Target. Responsible for planning and managing the overall sales to achieve optimal room night, maximizing revenue and meeting/exceeding NKA objective.

• Responsible to identify, develop and maintain any potential inbound market. Initiates and drives corporate and hotel team to have better understanding about Inbound market.

• Responsible for Hotel Accounts achievement in all hotels (by general), and also covering all market segments, including but not limited to corporate, government, wholesaler, etc.

• Involve in budget process of all hotels.

• Work closely with Hotel sales team to achieve hotel target by doing frequent review, and doing weekly / monthly yielding.

• Creates and implements attractive Marclan sales programs, to be up to date and align with market demand.

• Involves in hotel opening or rebranding program including dealing/communicating with the owner and other related stakeholder as required.

• Conducts regional sales meeting with hotel sales in the respected area.

• Coordinates with hotels to organize and attend the trade show/table top/sales mission.

• Executes personal and ensure all Marclan Sales Event Calendar implementation.

• Coordinates with hotels to observes matters pertaining to competition prices as needed.

• Review and analyse competition, market trends and adapt with business intelligence.

• Develop plans and programs and determine the effectiveness of current plans and program.

• Monitors and supervise the account production and sales calendar activities.

• Initiate and create the Sales collateral (Acrylic, X Banner, etc).

• Fully involved for hotel’s DOS/M recruitment.

• Manages Marclan Sales & Revenue expenses.

Revenue Management

• To be the guardian of the rate between online and offline.

• Analyse and maximizes hotel room revenue.

• Boos up Online Booking production.

• Ensures any system integration are running well.

• Prepare promotional rate plan.

• Make a recommendation to improve hotels revenue performance.

• Monitors hotels market share result.

• Prepare rate grid and budget, and implement rate grid in all channels.

• Ensures market segmentation & SOB implementation.

• Pre-opening hotel set up, competitor analysis, rate grid and budget.

• Conducts training related to Revenue Management best practice and technical set up such as Market Segmentation, SOB, Rate Structure and System Integration.

• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Executive Director.
